The joint annual ‘National Management & IT Symposium’ has experienced its 4th edition in January 2017 in Bussum, The Netherlands. With 300 participants, 10 moderators and 5 CIO’s, this has been a successful event.  Tthe main topic this year was digital transformation of the enterprise, under the title ‘Digging Digital’.

The following organizations were cooperating on this event: ASL BiSL Foundation, Agile Consortium, BPM Forum, iBestuur, KIVI and Platform for Information Security (PvIB).

This years main topic was digital transformation of the enterprise: ‘Digging Digital’. No traditional presentations, but a number of organisations from different sectors – Government, Healthcare, Education, Industry and Finance – have shared their business dilemmas in an open space setting with other visitors and experts. This concept has helped them gain new insights and gather ideas for solving their dilemmas. Leading by learning and learning by doing!

During the conference, BiSL Next has been launched.  Also, professor Rik Maes, known from the Amsterdam Information Model, has been rewarded with the ASL BiSL Foundation Trophy 2017.
